Chairman
of the Board & Chief Executive Officer, Gregory F. Alderson BOARD
OF DIRECTORS Chairman
of the Board & Chief Executive Officer, Gregory F. Alderson joined the Company as CEO in April 2004. He has been
Chairman of the Board since 2000. From
1995 until April 2004 Alderson was with Microsoft Corporation in
management positions within its finance, operations and product marketing
groups. A former certified public accountant and past management
consultant, Alderson has extensive experience with startup technology
companies. He has held positions as CEO, COO, CFO and/or Board member at
four technology companies. From
mid-1990 to mid-1994, Alderson was CFO (2 years) and later CEO (for 2
years) for Raima Corporation, a high end database product company.
He also served on the Board starting in early 1992, and while on
the Board in 1995, Raima was sold to Centura Corporation.
From early 1988 to late 1989, Alderson served as CFO of General
Information, a software and print directory startup. The Company was sold to RR Donnelly (print) and Pacific Bell
(software) in 1989. During
1987, Alderson was COO at Advanced Products & Technologies, developers
of a voice software product. The
Company went public in 1987 under Alderson, and the software was licensed
to Sony, effectively a sale of the Company.
From early 1984 to early 1987, Alderson was the Controller for
Genetic Systems Corporation, the country’s second biotechnology company
which went public in 1984. The
Company was sold to Bristol Meyers Squibb in late 1986.
Alderson was employed by Deloitte Haskins and Sells (now Deloitte
Touche) as an emerging business consultant and financial advisor after
completing graduate school. Alderson
has been on the Board of Directors for Genelex, a biotechnology services
company since 1988 as well as for Kaufer Miller Communications, a
marketing communications and public relations firm from 1994 to 1998.
He earned a B.S. in Microbiology from the University of Washington
in 1976 and an MBA from the University of Oregon in 1981.
President and Chief Marketing Officer,
David J. Todd, an experienced entrepreneur, is Invizeon’s
visionary founder. Mr. Todd initially served as the Company’s
Executive VP of Marketing and Strategic Development. In July
2000, the board asked Mr. Todd to assume the role of CEO, a position he
held until April of 2004 when he was appointed President and Chief
Marketing & Product Development Officer. In this position his focus is
building and expanding market-leading solutions for the homeland defense
and mission critical communications market. Prior
to founding Invizeon, Mr. Todd was the
founder and President of WestStar, a technologically innovative publishing
and web services firm for the legal and medical market. Mr. Todd was also the founding partner of Advanced Image Marketing, a
consulting firm that specialized in marketing
and public relations and membership development programs for non-profit
organizations. VP
Chief
Technology Officer, Dr. Lynn D. Churchill has
over 30 years of experience in the technology and telecommunications
industries. In his role as CTO, Dr. Churchill provides leadership in
technical issues related to product development and operations. He holds a
Ph.D. from the University of Washington and has been involved with
advanced technology development for over 15 years. Most
recently, Dr. Churchill was the PI of the University of Montana’s Internet2 initiative that
developed gigabit capacity for scientific and mathematical research.
He was instrumental in writing and/or directing a large number of
grant and appropriation activities over his ten years at the University of
Montana. This included a
broad range of projects funded by NASA, U.S. Department of Justice, U.S.
Department of Education, U.S. Department of Transportation, Toyota USA
Foundation, Microsoft Corporation, Cisco Corporation and others. VP
Finance, Before
joining the Company in 2001
Michael W. Haight, spent 19 years with Washington Corporations
whose business activities ranged from manufacturing, mining and
construction, to truck, rail, and marine transportation services.
Haight served as President from 1998 to 2001 with oversight
responsibilities of an international conglomerate of 4,000 employees, $750
million in annual revenue and $1 billion in assets. Prior to that, he
served as VP-Accounting and Controller.
He is a CPA and started his accounting career with KPMG from 1980
to 1982. He earned a B.S. in Accounting from the University of Montana in
1980. Haight oversees
the financial and administrative activities of the Company and serves as
its Treasurer. Executive
Vice President, Client Services, David
C. Skilling is
a co-founder of the Company and has been an executive manager since 2000.
Mr. Skilling currently directs the implementation, service and
support activities of the Company and serves as the Corporate Secretary.
He served as a director in 2002. Mr. Skilling was the general manager at Directory Images from
1997 to 2000. From 1992 to
1997, Mr. Skilling owned and operated a management consulting practice
specializing in organizational development and technology solutions for a
wide variety of industries. From 1982 to 1997, Mr. Skilling worked in
sales management and customer service positions at three companies
including Portland, Oregon based Timberline Software Corporation.
Skilling holds a B.S. (1976) in Forest Business and Economics and
an MBA degree (1981) from the University of Montana. Controller, John M. (Mike) Jones joined
the Company in April 2003. He
has over 17 years of accounting and taxation services experience.
From 1998 to 2002, Jones was Director of Revenue Accounting with
I&M Rail Link, a mid-west regional railroad, with $150 million in
annual revenue. From 1993-1998, Jones served as a tax specialist with
Washington Corporations. From
1989 to 1993, Jones was a Tax Manager at Deloitte Touche.
From 1986 to 1989, Jones was a revenue agent with the IRS.
He holds a B.S. Business Administration from the Eastern Montana
College (1986) and an M.S. in Taxation from Golden Gate University (1989). Chief of Staff, John F. Lund has extensive management experience in the practices of Corporate Structure, Product Management and Financing. He has been successful in the procurement of funds from private and public sources for several projects and corporations. Prior to joining Invizeon Mr. Lund owned and operated a successful consulting firm dealing with the securities arena. Director of Sales, Joe Boyer, has been with Invizeon Corporation since February 2000 in numerous Sales Management and Business Development roles. He has 6 years of Sales, Sales Management and Regional Management experience with Harris/3M and Lanier Worldwide, being in sales upon his departure from the University of Montana in 1987. Joe is a 5th generation Montana native with numerous ties to the community and Montana State Government.
BOARD OF DIRECTORS Greg Alderson- Chairman of the Board - Outside Director, has served as a director since November 2004. He was a member of the Board of InVision Technologies from June 2001 until its recent acquisition by the Infrastructure Group of GE. He was a member of the Audit and Compensation Committees of the InVision Technology Board. In 2001, Blum became Vice President of Tejas Securities Group. From 1990 to 2002, he served as President of Donald & Co. Securities, Inc., an investment banking and brokerage firm. From August 2001 to January 2003, Blum served as a director and officer of THCG, Inc., which provided investment banking and other financing advisory services. Blum holds a bachelor's degree from New York University's School of Commerce. Blum has served as a business advisor to many startup and emerging growth companies during his career.David L. Stone - Outside Director, is founder of Lofthouse Foods a major supplier of gourmet cookies to grocery stores, mass merchandisers, and club stores. Stone started Lofthouse in 1995, building it to 500 employees and $75 million in sales. He sold the company in 2002. He currently is on the Board of Directors for TechniScan, a medical device company. He sits on the Executive Board of The Trapper Trails Council of the Boy Scouts of America and is founder and Director of The Lofthouse Foundation, an organization which supports efforts to aid Bolivia's underprivileged, advances education in the Philippines, and provides educational scholarships in the United States. Ronald E. Ulrich - Outside Director, is a business entrepreneur, owning and operating various concerns in the entertainment and food industry in western Montana. He retired from American Stores in 1983 after a 25-year career and returned to Missoula where he has owned commercial operations since 1972. Ulrich is interested in community affairs and is an active supporter of many. An early investor in the Company, Ulrich has been a member of the Board since 2000. |
