·         The CHAIN Support Desk is staffed 24/7 and is offered as a no charge service to the caller.

·         Our highly trained support staff is proficient in the functionality of CHAIN and has extensive resources available to them if needed to assess a situation.

·         CHAIN is a secure environment, so authentication of the caller is required before assistance is given.

CHAIN Help Files

·         The CHAIN platform offers comprehensive Help information on all aspects of CHAIN.

·         In the upper right corner of each CHAIN page there are two Help links.

o        Click on the topmost link for our general Help directory.

o        The lower link takes you to Help for the specific section you are viewing.

E-mail Support

·         CHAIN offers e-mail support. Questions or problems can be e-mailed to Support at chainsupport@invizeon.com

·         All e-mails will be logged and answered upon receipt. Step by step instructions may be included in the reply e-mail to assist the client on how to use CHAIN.
