Who has control of the system?
The customer. Even though CHAIN is a hosted system, the customer drives the business rules and alerting functionality to the appropriate roles and entities per geographical location.

How is it priced?

Can CHAIN be configured to meet my specific needs?
Absolutely.  Our training professionals will set the system up according to your specific business rules and organization.  Components such as the Alert Level and Alert Category are part of the initial configuration process available to clients.

How soon can it be deployed?
Upon contract, there are two phases to deployment.

Phase 1: A 30 to 60 day limited engagement including a limited number of users (50-100) to load the data and manage customer’s business rules

Phase 2: Production rollout to all users, and full deployment.

Who can I include in CHAIN ?
Any entity and/or role per geographic location that needs to have access to the communication and information transmitted. This includes day-to-day usage (low level advisories) to emergency and alert notification (Urgent Alerts)

As a managed service, the system can cost effectively scale to include the necessary number of users, including the general public if necessary. Also, each particular discipline or stakeholder in CHAIN can shoulder the financial obligation to be included.
